This Cancellation, Refund & Access Policy applies to all online courses and digital educational services offered by Ujjwal Computer Education And Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. through this platform. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this policy.
All products offered on this Platform are online courses and digital educational services delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of the content, all purchases are final and non-transferable.
We do not offer returns for any digital products. Once course access is granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
Refunds are generally not permitted.

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing access due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
